Internal Security and Safety
The overpowering of the jihadi bombers took more than 60 hours. The death of some of the rescuers, highly professional persons shows how ill-equipped and ill-planned are our operations. The precession jihadi assault on the hotels and on the Marine House and other places could not have been carried out without extensive reconnaissance, local help and facilitation. The US sources had given information to our Government’s House concerned agencies about the imminent jihadi attack in Mumbai. There was information that a special boat carrying the jihadis had left Karachi. All this information had not moved our security agencies to work upon the information and preempt the attacks.
In the year 2007 alone there had been more than 28 jihadi terrorist attacks in India. In Mumbai alone since 1993 there were a dozen. Apart from over 20,000 lives lost in Kashmir, in the rest of India over 2000 citizens have lost their lives in the jihadi terrorist bombings. None of these have shamed the Government into decisive preventive and post-attack actions. Every time the jihadis struck it, the Prime Minister, Home Minister, UPA Chair-Person lectured that ‘the terrorists have no religion’, although the terrorists themselves were claiming they were acting in defense and triumph of their own religion. The Government and the ruling parties in the Coalition in Delhi have thus secularized “the jihadis”; that is, jihadism is ‘secular’ and terrorism has nothing to do with religion but simply an inhuman act. Because of this theorization, all the native collaborators, the sleeper cells, the facilitators, the safe home-providers, and the finance raisers have been having a field day because they are all “secular”. And it is criminal to suspect “seculars”. As soon as a terrorist bombing and carnage has taken place the Prime Minister, the UPA Chief and the secular parties will say that they will show zero tolerance to terrorism and that the government would take all the strict preventive and punitive measures necessary, so that there would be no further terrorist act, that is, until the next!
In no country – the USA, UK, Spain, Russia, China, Australia, where the Islamist Jihadis struck, was there a second strike. Their governments passed extraordinary laws holding that jihadi terrorism as war upon the State and those involved in or associated with are enemy soldiers at war with the Nation and therefore they could not have normal human rights. The USA had, in an unprecedented manner created an Inland Security Department combining all the investigative, intelligence, criminal and prosecuting agencies, to mete out swift and summary punishments to jihadis, their accomplices their financers and their defenders in the name of human rights. Here in India the 'secular' government angling for minority that is Muslims’ votes as have been singing swan song that jihadis have no religion, Islam is a religion of peace and terrorists though Muslims have no religion, just inhuman criminals. Therefore the guard and vigil that the nation and citizens and the country should keep against the jihadi’s natural collaborators and accomplices is pre-empted. All this soft and patronizing attitude to the jihadis and their supportive above-ground religious, social and political organisations is debilitating the State and its organs and so jihadism thrives. Its above-ground 'secular', ‘nationalist’ and ‘progressive’ co-religionists have in and around the UPA’s Constituents are on the offensive against Hindus: Abdul Rahman Antulay is an example of; he had the audacity to allege in the Parliament of India that ATF Police Officer, Karkare was not killed by a jihadi; but possibly (suggestively) by a Hindu! The Vice Chancellor of Jamia Millia ‘Varsity funds to defend his Muslim students involved in fire-fights with the police in which they kill the most decorated Police Office, Mohan Chand Sharma.
The fact is the supremo of the UPA and the parties in the ruling coalition in Delhi are resident non-Indians (RNIs); who have imbibed the Macaulayan virtue of being Indian only in blood and colour but having the mind and values and interests of non-Indians, westerners. Just as Macaulay’s imperial Britain’s interests were (ruling) power and loot, so are the interests of RNIs.
The Indian State’s internal security, the country’s integrity and people’s lives are comprised by the 'seculars' vote-bank politics. As we have been repeatedly saying, the longer the UPA and the supremacy of the Dynasty lasts, the weaker and more hopeless will India become. The spirit of Vande Mataram and swadeshi must re-inspire us to get rid of foreign rule; RNI’s minds must be decolonized. The nationalist spirit awakened in us by Swamy Vivekananda, Lokamanya Balagangadhar Tilak, Subhas Chandra Bose, Sardar Patel, Jaya Prakash Narain, and the great Sikh Warrior Gurus like Gobind Singh must be revived to preserve what little of Bharat and Dharma are left in this only land of Hindus.
Parliament may pass laws, though belatedly to destroy terrorism but if there are no political will, resolve and truthfulness among the rulers, we will have laws but no governance; judges but no justice, rituals but no righteousness.
