Muslimification of Bharat - Some Preventive Steps
Dr T.H.Chowdary*
1. Nationalize the National Waqf Development Corporation:
1.1 On 31-12-2013 the UPA government under direction of Sonia Gandhi at the head of National Advisory Council got the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to launch the National Waqf Development Corporation with capital of Rs.375 cr subsequently raised to Rs. 875 cr. The corporation is to mobilise funds and develop the waqf properties which are meant solely for the Muslims.
1.2 This is an atrocious measure designed to please and appease Muslims so that they vote for the Congress led by Sonia Maino Gandhi and her children.
1.3 No such corporation was started for the development of Hindus temples for the benefit of the Hindu bhaktas and Hindu society. This is purely a communal measure subversive of the secular objective of the constitution of India .
1. 4 It is astounding how the BJP -led NDA has not taken note of this purely communal measure. This corporation must be nationalized and its funds and properties must be utilized for the benefit of all citizens of Bharat irrespective of their religion but depending upon the needs of sections of our people.
2. Abolish the National Minority Commission (1993):
2.1 Bharat is a signatory to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) adopted by members of the United Nations Organization (UNO) in 1945. Muslims also are humans just like Hindus and Parsis and Buddhists …. The human rights are for all humans and not exclusively for persons of any one religion.
2.2 The Organization of Islamic Co-operation (OIC) of over 60 countries had come out with an Islamic Declaration of Human Rights as distinct from the UDHR . Bharat should treat the votaries of all religions including Islam as human beings with the same rights for all.
2.3 To have the National Minority Commission (NMC) is only to appease and please mainly the Muslims as the word minorities in Bharat has come to be a cover word for Muslims mostly. Bharat should treat all its citizens as humans with common rights and obligations . Therefore this communal commission should be undone by abolition of the NMC .
3. Funding Madrasas:
3.1 Various state governments are funding madrasas, the religious schools mostly attached to resource-rich mosques . In these Islamic schools emphasis is on religious instruction and memorizing the holy Koran.
3.2 The Union and State governments of secular Bharat are undermining the secularism by funding Islamic religious schools and not Saraswati Vidyalayas run by Hindu organisations . This is subversive and violative of articles: 27 and 28 of the Constitution of Bharat. Recently the BJP-including government of Maharashtra tripled the salaries of Madrasas teachers.
3. 3 It is surprising as to how the BJP -led NDA avowedly non-communal and secular is funding these madrasas . The certificates/ degrees that the madrasas give are Maulana (10th class) and Fazil corresponding to post -graduate degrees . These have nothing to do with the matriculation / SSLC ; Bachelor and Masters degrees given by (secular ) universities of states and the Union government. Therefore the funding of the madrasas ought to be stopped .
4. Muslim Districts:
4.1 That Muslim majority areas all over India are required and for what purposes has been clearly spelt out by a Muslim intellectual Dr. Omar Khalidi ( a post graduate of Harvard University and Ph.D from University of Wales) wrote in the Jamat-e-Islami ‘s weekly, “Radiance” : “ we need Muslim districts for three reasons. First , concentrated areas provide security; second, to provide an environment that is conducive to our cultural independence; third, to provide a political base through which our people can be elected ……at present…our numbers don’t’ add up to elect adequate legislators. Hyderabad & Rangareddy in Andhra and Gulbarga (Karnataka) and certain Talukas could be merged to create Deccan province ( with Muslim majority) similarly in Bihar, Bengal & UP.. where Muslims can be in majority…”.
4.2 Further one Samar Abbas another Muslim intellectual wrote in the leftist Economic Political Weekly of Dec 2000 that India should be divided further to provide a Muslim state Mughalistan comprising of the Western districts of Assam northern districts of West Bengal, Bihar and UP and Punjab to form a continuous belt adjoining Pakistan on the West and Bangladesh on the East. This reminds us of Md Ali Jinnah wanting a corridor across Northern India to link up West and East Pakistan (Bangladesh). It is possible that in their bid to get Muslim block votes, regional parties as well as the Indo-Italian family-led ( if not proprieterised) Congress and communists may create the 80 (Muslim First claim on development not SCs or STs or MBCs) districts envisaged by Sachar Committee into Muslim majority districts like Malappuram in Kerala ( a CPI/CPM creation) and Mewat out of Gurgaon in Haryana and Malerkotla in Punjab ( both by Congress).
The progressively muslimified districts will form an association which will gradually morph into Islamistan just as the Princestan , comprising of the over 500 princely states unsuccessfully advocated by the Nawab of Bhopal, the President of the Chamber princes in April -June 1947.
The unfinished agenda of Islam in India was contained in the 1940s slogan of the Muslim League’s militant war cry: “Ladke Lenge Pakistan; Haske Lenge Hindustan”.
“Bharat as National Home for Hindus of the World” may be the anguished cry of Hindus !
