· Bihar is the most miserable state in India
· Its tele- density is: 54.86; per capita income is: Rs. 55,000 less than one-third of all India and one-seventh of Telangana
· It has highest population density ( more than Kerala and West Bengal @ 115 persons per sq. kmt). Its six- times Chief Minister for more than 20 years struts about some states to stitch together a coalition of non-BJP parties to take on the BJP in the elections to the Lok Sabha in 2024. Perhaps he will bring the all India average PCI to Bihar’s level.
