India is for Everybody Excepting the Hindus – Dr Ram Manohar Lohia
BJP’s Triumph in West Bengal – Hope for Hindu Survival

The brilliant triumph of the BJP led by the redoubtable duo of Sri Narendra Modi and Sri Amit Shah in West Bengal raises hopes that Bharat with its present truncated area can remain a Hindu land . It should be a haven for every Hindu on this earth if he chooses to come back to Bharat, the eternal mother land of every Hind wherever he is and anytime he wants to come back to this sacred land. A few days ago, Israel lifted a few score Jews of one of the 10 lost tribes from Mizoram and settled them in their own land. That should be an example for Bharat to become the punyabhoomi , the eternal Mother Land for any Hindu, from anywhere at any time . Bharat should declare itself as the ancestral mother land of any Hindu anywhere at any time on this globe. This declaration must be made to give teeth on permanence to the citizenship amendment act legislated in the year 2019.
2. Some of the necessary and overdue steps are:
· Amendment of Article - 30 of the Constitution must be made to give the same rights to Hindus as given to religious minorities to establish and manage educational institutions of their choice. This right to minorities and unavailability to Hindus is a great injustice .
· A number of Muslim majority areas are already carved out as separate districts by separating them from the rest of the composite district ( ex: Malappuram in Kerala, Mewat in Haryana, Malerkotla in Punjab) . In the Hyderabad city the Muslim majority area has also been given a separate development authority - Quli Qutubsha Development Authority. All these must be undone.
· According to the Sachar Committee Report (2006) some 80 more districts were taken up for intensive Muslim development by the Sonia - led UPA government 2004-14. These districts must be safeguarded from becoming Muslim majority areas leading to the development of such of them from all over India morphing into Islamisthans to be progressively developed into a Federation of Islamic districts to constitute a Federation of Isamisthan within India- cancers within the Bharatiya Bhoomi.
· There must be an All India applicable law legislated to prohibit the states from administering and managing Hindus’ places of worship, that is temples. Legislation like the 1935 Gurudwara Prabhandhak Committee should be enacted so that the Hindus will exercise the same right as Christians and Muslims and others denominations to manage & administer their places of worship
· All laws and practices under which the pilgrimages of Muslims and Christians to their punyabhoomis - Mecca and Jerusalem ‘s environs are subsidized should be withdrawn.
· It is not the responsibility of Bharat to promote Hinduism- annihilating religions calling them minorities .
· The National Minority Commission should be abolished. It is despicable that there are States Minority Commissions only in states where the Hindus are a majority but no minority commission where Hindus are minorities - J&K, Nagaland, Mizoram, Meghalaya and very soon Keralam; perhaps Tamilnadu & Andhra Pradesh.
· There should be no Minority Finance Corporations or Minority Welfare Ministries or Departments at the Union and the state level.
· There should be a specific law prohibiting the setting up of Minority Development/ Finance Corporations, Minority Universities .
· Law prohibiting salaries to Imams, Muezzins, Pastors ad Priests from state funds / budgets finances must be enacted.
· State should not promote any religion
· Article -25 of the Constitution must be amended to delete the word propagate (religion).
