· Whom does CAA concern?
It does not concern any Indian citizen – Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Jain, Christian, Anglo-Indian or Italo-Indian
· What does the CAA say?
CAA says that persecuted Hindus , Sikhs, Jains, Buddhists and Christians in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh (PAB) who entered into India in whatever manner before 31.12.2014 can be given Indian citizenship.
· Who are agitating against CAA ?
Communists, Islamist Muslims (AIMIM, PFI; AMU, MANUU, JNU, Jadhavpur & Jamia Millia students /teachers; “secular”, “liberal”, left, fellow traveler “intellectuals” and vote –mongering Congress (Italo- Indian led) & some regional, casteist, proprietary parties.
· What are they wanting ?
Muslims from Pakistan – Afghanistan and Bangladesh (PAB) countries must also be given Indian citizenship!
· Why should minorities in PAB countries be given India’s citizenship?
o Their forebears and they are Indians before 1947; they happen to be stuck up in PAB, experiencing rape, abduction, forcible conversion, denial of equal (to Muslims ) rights, denied justice, humiliated…with the result they had to flee from PAB
In Pakistan, their population dwindled form1 7% pre-1947 to 1.5% now (mostly SCs); in Bangladesh, down from 30% to 6.5%; in Afghanistan from a few lakhs to a few hundred
· Where can PAB’s minorities go?
o Christians cam go to any of 120 Christian majority countries in the world
o Hindus , Sikhs, Buddhists , Jains can go to the only one Hindu country, Bharat, their mother –land and Punya Bhoomi (Nepal, under Communist domination is indifferent to Hindus and is too small in any case)
o Parsis have been traditionally sheltered in Bharat
· Are any Muslims persecuted in PAB?
o Shias, Ahmedias and one or two other sects are reportedly discriminated and persecuted.
These Muslims and (their forebears), asserted they are a separate nation, rioted and voted along with Sunnis for partition and Pakistan.
There are sects within Islam. They are sometimes persecuted. They can go to any of the 57 Muslim countries, united as one community Umma, in the Organisation of Islamic Co-operation (OIC)
· Some of them like Iran and Iraq are Shia Moslem majority countries; Pak’s Shias can go to them; some can, go to Ahmedia- non-discriminating countries like –Bahrain and UAE.
· Muslimification of India:
· One Prof. Amar Abbas wrote a thesis, published in the Economic & Political Weekly ( a Communist fellow travelers journal) in Dec 2000 that India must be partitioned again to create Mughalistan (comprising northern districts of Assam, West Bengal , Bihar , UP and Punjab as a third home -land for Muslims. The proposal is a prelude, just like Sir Md. Iqbal’s in 1938 and MD. Ali Jinnah’s in the 1940s.
· Why are anti-CAA groups agitating?
Islamist Moslems want to Muslimify India by multiplying within and infiltrating from outside (into Assam, West Bengal, Bihar, Kerala, Delhi, Jammu, Hyderabad …)
· Moslems in India and their traditional allies communists, “seculars” Italo- Indian (like Anglo-Indian) –led Congressmen are saying that Moslems are insecure, and are discriminated and so are undeveloped….Why then are they wanting that PAB Moslems should be given Indian citizenship? Obviously, to swell Muslim population.
Their demand is in furtherance of the Muslimification of India
· Anti-CAA parties are saying CAA and BJP are divisionist. Is it so ?
o Congress agreed to divide India under Muslim League’s assault during 1940-47.
o Congress government divided Gurgaon district in Haryana to create Muslim majority, Mewat district
o Congress government divided Hyderabad city by creating Quli Qutub Shah Development Authority for the Moslem majority part of Hyderabad city
o Congress-led UPA government (2004-’14) implemented the “Muslim First” development of 80 Muslim –dense districts in India (Not SC or ST First)
o Communist Party provided the political and philosophical basis and support for creation of Pakistan and partition of India in the 1940s
o A Communist government in Kerala divided Malabar district, to create Muslim- majority Malappuram district
o The 34-year long CPM government in West Bengal allowed infiltration of Bengladeshi Muslims and created them a s vote bank Now, Trinamul Congress does the same.
o Muslim-vote hunting Regional parties build Haj Houses, pay Imams and Muezzins, fund Madrassas and subsidise Haj pilgrimage - all from the tax monies of the secular Union & States
· Any further evidence of Muslimification?
o Yes. Rohingyas of Bangladesh –origin, fleeing from Buddhist Myanmar are settled in Hindu Jammu and not in Muslim Srinagar and Kashmir Valley towns and in Hyderabad and Delhi; they are helped to marry local Muslims and beget children, claimants to Indian citizenship.
Other significant facts:
· While Muslims could become Chief Ministers of Hindu majority Assam, Bihar, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Delhi why no Hindu could become Chief Minister of J&K?
· While Muslims could become Vice Chancellors of many Universities, why Muslims only are VCs of AMU, Jamia Millia, MANUU ?
· Why are there Minority Commissions in States where Muslims are minority, but no minority Commissions in states where Hindus are minority(erstwhile J&K, Mizoram, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Arunachal?
· Why only temples of Hindus are managed and administered by “secular” governments but not Mosques of Moslems and churches of Christians ?
· The answer for all the above questions is only one: “Secularism” in India as propounded and practised is appeasement of minorities for their votes and indifference bordering on hostility in regard to Hindus. The aim of “secular” practice of anti- BJP parties is: Unite Minorities by fostering the feeling of insecurity among them & divide Hindus by promoting casteism.
· The narrative: Muslims and Christians are “secular”. Hindus are “communal”.
· In no Muslim country is Prophet Mohammed’s birth day is holiday; but in India it is holiday.
· In no non-Muslim country (Europe, America)where Muslims are minority, (also in Goa) is Muslim personal law (4 marriages, triple talaq succession and adoption) allowed. But Muslims in India are against a Common Civil Code.
· In no Muslim country is any communist party allowed to function .
· No Muslim country is secular. (Bangladesh was briefly secular during ……Rehman’s Prime Ministership ; he was assassinated. Then Bangla reverted as Islamic State)
